Sausage & Caramelized Onion Pizza
Italian pomodoro sauce, mozzarella, smoked scamorza, sausage, caramelized onions and a touch of parsley.

- Preheat oven to 425F
- Once preheated, take pizza out of the freezer, remove all packaging, and place directly on the middle oven rack
- Bake for 14-16 minutes, and be sure to check on your pizza—not all ovens are the same!
- Once pizza is cooked and cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve (chef's tip: finish with a drizzle of olive oil) Buon Appetito!
