Ingredients: malt flour, butter, sugar, salt, milk powder, instant dry yeast, mother yeast, water.

Contains: milk, flour and may contain nuts.


  • Place cornetti directly on a baking tray or with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
  • Place the cornetti in your unheated oven overnight (8-10 hours) to allow the dough to rise.
  • Remove tray from oven and preheat to 375F.
  • Once the oven is preheated, place tray on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip: To make cornett shiny, spread egg wash (50% cream, 50% yolks) on top before baking.
