- Place Cinnamon Girelle directly on a baking tray or with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
- Place the Cinnamon Girelle in your unheated oven overnight (8-10 hours) to allow the dough to rise.
- Remove tray from oven and preheat to 375F.
- Once the oven is preheated, place tray on the middle rack and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: To make cornett shiny, spread egg wash (50% cream, 50% yolks) on top before baking.
