Size: 110 gr Ingredients: malt flour, butter, sugar, salt, milk powder, instant dry yeast, mother yeast, water, chocolate baking baton. Contains: milk, flour and may contain nuts.
- Place saccottini directly on a baking tray or with parchment paper, leaving space between each one.
- Place the saccottini in your unheated oven overnight (8-10 hours) to allow the dough to rise.
- Remove tray from oven and preheat to 375F.
- Once the oven is preheated, place tray on the middle rack and bake for 22-27 minutes or until golden brown .
Tip: To make saccottino shiny, spread egg wash (50% cream, 50% yolks) on top before baking.
