PASTA Size: 280g Ingredients: Flour white, Durum wheat flour, Eggs. SAUCE Size: 400 gr Ingredients: Plum tomatoes (peeled tomatoes, tomato juice), Pork, Beef, Red wine, Onions, Carrots, Tomato paste, Celery, Extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Black pepper, Ground nutmeg, Dried bay leaf, Ground cloves. TOPPING Ingredients: Parmigiano cheese. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Eggs.
PASTA SAUCE
- Place 2 frozen pucks of BOLOGNESE sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 100ml of water to the pasta sauce and cook for 7-10 minutes or until melted, with a lid on.
- Once the pasta sauce is melted, continue cooking the sauce for 2 minutes with the lid off, stirring occasionally. Add a splash more water if needed. (Chef's tip: try adding pasta water).
- Combine sauce with cooked BOLOGNA pasta. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.
- Finish with a sprinkle of Parmigiano cheese. Buon appetito!
