Ingredients: White flour, Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture, calcium chloride, salt), Bosc pears, Speck (pork, salt, dextrose, natural aromas, smoke flavouring, spices, sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), Fontina cheese (cow's milk), Parmigiano Cheese (cow's milk), Wheat flour, Salt, White rice flour, Soy lecithin, Barley malt extract, Whole milk, Rosemary, Yeast, Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.
  2. Once the oven reaches 425F, take the pizza out of the freezer and place on a baking tray or directly on the oven rack.
  3. Bake for 9-13 minutes +1 minute on broil and be sure to check on your pizza. Not all ovens are the same!
  4. Take the pizza out of the oven, and if you'd like, drizzle it with some Olive Oil to finish. Buon appetito!
